这时就可以登录了，当然除了一些基本信息外，其他可能都是空的，因为钱可能还没有存上。
开通网上支付
有两种查询钱存上没有的办法：一周后打电话010-66108502查询5美元钱存上没有，电话银行的查询密码应该是16位卡号的最后四位，可以更改；另外就是通过上面的网上银行查询。如果存上了，就可以申请开通网上支持功能，按电话语音提示选择人工服务，告诉工作人员需要开通网上支付。他们会传真牡丹国际卡无卡（网上）交易申请表给你，没有传真机就告诉他们的电子邮箱地址，他们会发电邮给你。由于开通网上支付需要你的亲笔签名，需要有传真机回传申请表。传回表后过几个小时就能开通了网上支付功能了。
激活Paypal
以上的成功后，可以激活paypal账户了：
1.登陆Paypal帐号，按左上方的Add credit card。
2.进入新的页面后在credit card number:填入16位国际借记卡号
3.在card verification number:填借记卡的验证号，就是背面卡号后面的最后三位数字（不是卡号的最后三位，是在卡号后面另外的三位）。
5.expiration date:填入到期日，在卡的正面可以找到，比如我的是04/03，也就是2003年4月到期
7.first name要再填一次你注册时的名，姓是已经填好的
8.按add credit card就可以了
9 这时并没有激活Paypal卡。paypal会发email到你的注册邮箱，提示你怎么激活（信的内容如下）
